This notice explains how HAUSE handles personal information collected through BurstPipe.ca.
What we collect
- Requests you send: name, email, phone, city or postal code, the service you need, timing, property type and anything you write in the message.
- How you found us: the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring site and campaign tags (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs) where present. These are stored in your browser and sent with your request.
- Analytics: aggregated usage data through Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled by default.
- Tools: the calculators run in your browser. What you enter into a tool is not sent to us unless you also send a request.
Why we use it
To answer your request, to share it — with your consent — with a contractor so they can respond, to keep a record of the request, to prevent spam and abuse, and to understand which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate (hosting, form processing, customer relationship management and email delivery), and a contractor you agree to be introduced to. We do not sell personal information.
HAUSE AI project assistant
If you choose to start the AI chat, your messages and this page’s public context are sent to the HAUSE assistant service for a response from an OpenAI GPT model hosted by Cloudflare. Do not enter payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information. The chat is an automated planning assistant, not a live technician. Its answers can be incomplete or incorrect; a qualified professional must confirm installation scope, prices and availability. Conversation history stays in this page’s memory until you close or reload it. If you separately consent to request team follow-up, the conversation and the contact details you provide are included in the service request and stored with our lead records. Limited technical identifiers are used to prevent abuse and control usage. Cloudflare may process requests and operational logs under its own service policies. You can use the ordinary quote form instead.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent, ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@hause.ca or calling 403-679-3100. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Retention and security
We keep request records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable safeguards. Information may be processed outside Canada by our service providers.
